How to Use DigiAucta

Whether you are an enterprise looking for cutting-edge models or a developer monetizing your Micro-SaaS, this guide has everything you need to start transacting securely.

1. Storefront vs. Auctions

Understanding the two ways to purchase on DigiAucta.

Auctions: Sellers list an item with a starting price. You can place manual bids or set up an Auto-Bid (Proxy Bid). The system will automatically bid on your behalf in minimum increments up to your maximum amount. If you win, you must pay via Stripe Checkout.

Storefront (Buy It Now): These are fixed-price listings with instant Checkout. If there is inventory available, you just click "Buy Now", enter your payment details, and get the asset immediately.

2. The Escrow Payment Process

How we keep your money safe until you get what you paid for.

When you checkout via Stripe, your payment is placed securely in Escrow. The seller does not receive the funds immediately.

If the seller attached a digital asset to the listing, you will be given an expiring secure Download Link. You then have an Inspection Period (typically 3 days) to evaluate the asset, download the code, or test the API prompt.

If everything is as promised, you can manually "Confirm Delivery". If you do nothing, funds will Auto-Release to the seller at the end of the deadline.

3. Raising Disputes & Reporting Issues

What to do if the product is broken or misrepresented.

If you encounter critical issues or the asset doesn't match the description, navigate to your Transactions page and immediately click "Raise Dispute". This pauses the Escrow timer.

Our Admin team will investigate the listing, the chat logs, and the delivered file. If we determine the seller was fraudulent, you will receive a 100% refund.
